All admissions to LNMIIT Jaipur are handled ONLY through the admission portal on our website. We do NOT have any other companies/ individuals or online portals representing us and providing admission services.

The admission procedure for candidates who satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria is as follows:
1. GATE Mode: GATE – 2024 qualified candidates will be admitted directly to the Institute subject to the merit list and availability of seats. (Note that the percentile should be above the cut-off score for the general category.)

4. All other applicants must appear for an institute-conducted written test. A separate merit list will be prepared based on the applicant’s performance in the institute-conducted written test. Candidates will be admitted based on this merit list, subject to the availability of seats.

Instructions to Apply
- To apply for admission in M.Tech./M.S. programme, interested applicants have to necessarily fill the online application form through the admission portal.
- Application Form other than online mode would not be accepted in any case.
- Only one application needs to be submitted by an applicant. More than one application, i.e. multiple applications submitted by an applicant will be rejected.
- The applicant is required to pay an application fee (non-refundable) of INR 500. For women applicants, application fee is INR 250.

NOTE:
- The Institute reviews the Fee Structure & charges periodically. There will be an annual increase of approximately 10% in Fee/charges.
- All charges are mandatory nothing can be waived off.
- Medical cum Accidental insurance yearly charges shall be charged on actual basis with 2nd – semester fee.
- Alumni Fee: Lifetime membership for LNMIIT Alumni Association of INR 2,000/- (one time) will be charged from all graduating students.
- Same fee shall be charged in 2nd semester.
- Summer/Winter course fees shall be paid separately as decided (if opted).
- Electricity charges may also change if any change in the Govt. tariff/JVVNL tariff charges proposed anytime in future.
- Bus charges shall be payable as per use as decided by the Institute.
- Staying in the Hostel is optional. Hostel facility would be available subject to availability of the rooms.
- Hostel and Mess charges would apply only to those provided with hostel accommodation and using the mess.
† Financial support is available as a half-time teaching / research assistant (HTTA / HTRA) as per the rules of the institute. The HTTAship / HTRAship under this scheme will be equivalent to the full Tuition Fee, and thus making it zero effective tuition fee. This will be extended to the next three semesters, provided the candidate is able to maintain a minimum CGPA of 7 and do satisfactory work as assessed by the Department.
Refund Policy
Financial Support/ Assistantship
- M. Tech. students with valid GATE score shall receive scholarship from AICTE as per rules.
- Financial support is available as a half-time teaching / research assistant (HTTA / HTRA) as per the rules of the institute. The HTTAship / HTRAship under this scheme will be equivalent to the full Tuition Fee, and thus making it zero effective tuition fee. This will be extended to the next three semesters, provided the candidate is able to maintain a minimum of 7 CGPA and do satisfactory work as assessed by the Department.

Limited financial assistance for national and international travel to present research work in reputed (Tier – I / Tier – II) referred National / International conferences.
NOTE: The continuation of Assistantship (HTTA/HTRA) will be subject to monthly attendance and satisfactory academic performance.

Department of CSE

The Communication & Computer Engineering (CCE) department was previously anchored by the ECE department. It has been recently created to independently focus on the integration of computer hardware, software, telecommunications, computer networks and their infrastructure.

The Mechanical - Mechatronics Engineering (MME) department comprises young, talented and enthusiastic faculty members having excellent academic, research and industrial experience. Some key areas are robotics, AI in manufacturing, thermo-fluids and more.
Department of HSS
The Humanities & Social Sciences (HSS) department has a vision to provide value based education to future engineers, sensitivizing then to wide range of humane & social issues. Students are encouraged to explore diverse viewpoints and consider the various ethical implications.
Department of Physics
The various faculty of Physics Department have a broad range of interests spanning both the very fundamental aspects of nature as well as the applied and engineering aspects of physics. The department puts emphasis on logical thinking, mathematical modeling, and experimentation.
Department of Mathematics
The Mathematics department has a good research atmosphere with highly qualified and energetic faculty members. Training & Placement Cell
The Training and Placement Cell of the institute handles all aspects of placements at LNMIIT for the students of all departments. It is a student body, directly under the supervision of the honourable Director, headed by the Training and Placement Officer and guided by the Faculty Advisors .The Cell stands for branding the outlook of the university to the corporate and the industry.
The Training and Placement Officer, Coordinators and the student representatives handle various crucial tasks in the Cell like reaching out to companies, scheduling and executing placement related activities and carrying out all offcial communication with recruiters and students. The Cell strives to match recruiter expectations with students’ aspirations. The team of student representatives coordinate the activities to ensure compliance with various institute policies and company offcials, who execute coordination with their recruiting organisations. Over the years the Cell has gone from strength to strength in achieving outstanding placements at LNMIIT and will continue to do so in the years to come.
Infrastructure
The LNMIIT, spread over 100-acre green campus, is at par with the best technological institutions in the country. It possesses IT-enabled classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, a rich central library, and other modern amenities.

The LNMIIT is a deemed-to be university under UGC and Accredited ‘A’ grade by NAAC.
Student Life at LNMIIT Campus
The institute provides its students with opportunities for exploring and enhancing their talents not only in the Technology but also in extra- curricular activities. Accordingly, our academic Programmes are backed up with appropriate co- curricular and extra-curricular inputs promoting culture, sports, self-governance and values; all of which help the students towards becoming complete human beings.
The students of the institute live together in the hostels which helps in developing a healthy and social relationship among them. Ragging is strictly prohibited in the campus.
Each year student elections are held, for various clubs and for food arrangements, interaction of the student community with the administration of the university, hostel facilities, and coordination of active sports and cultural activities in the university.

More to this, the students are the chief participants in organising various festivals and celebrations with the institutes inter college cultural and technical fest in the institute.
