About C-QC2S2
LNMIIT Jaipur has established the Centre for Quantum Computing, Communication, Sensing and Security (C-QC2S2) which is a multi-disciplinary centre working towards academic and R & D activities in the broad spectrum of quantum computing and related technologies. The centre focuses on quantum computing, quantum-safe communications, sensing, cryptography, quantum AI, and more, aiming to develop innovative solutions and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Vision and Mission
Vision
To become a sustainable centre of excellence in terms of education, research and development in the fields of Quantum Technologies, aligning with the National Quantum Mission (NQM), and empowering individuals and industries to shape the future of Quantum Technologies in India.
Mission
The centre will collaborate with national and international academic institutions and industries:
- To facilitate the advancement of teaching and innovative solutions, on the theme of the centre, for real-world problems.
- To create academic courses and programmes of relevance to train students and researchers and equipping them with academic and industry-relevant skills and knowledge in Quantum Technologies.
- To foster entrepreneurship in stated areas.
- To facilitate intellectual property (IP) creation and knowledge transfer.
