Summary

Dr. Rai's work examines the interpretations of identity, gender, marginality, the environment, and intersectionality within contemporary British women's writing. She has been a panelist at global virtual conferences organized by South Carolina State University, the University of Ottawa, California State University, Idaho State University, and the University of Maryland, where she presented papers on the politics of identity, spatial politics, and the social politics of multiculturalism, within contemporary British writing. Her teaching experience spans areas including Ethical Theories, Professional Ethics, Human Values, Language, Literature, and Communication, taught to students at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. Her creative and popular publications include film criticism, essays, and poetry. Her research articles have been featured in UGC-CARE-listed, Scopus-indexed journals. Dr. Rai's book chapters appear in books published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing, and Manchester University Press respectively.
