Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we, LNMIIT (“LNMIIT” or “we” or “us”), collect, use, and share information about our users (“you”) through our Platform. Please review our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively the “Terms”) that govern the use of the Platform and Programs. This Privacy Policy shall form a part of the Terms by way of reference. All capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the respective meanings set forth in the Terms of Use. This Privacy Policy applies only to the part of the Platform provided by LNMIIT, and we are not responsible for the practices of persons, companies, institutions, or websites that LNMIIT does not control, manage, or employ.

Please understand that by using our Platform or submitting any Personally Identifiable Information (defined below) to us, you consent and agree that we may collect, use, disclose, and retain your information (including but not limited to your Personally Identifiable Information) in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, and as permitted or required by law. LNMIIT reserves the right to share the information collected hereunder with its own affiliates. In the event of a sale or transfer of all or a portion of our business assets, consumer information may be one of the business assets transferred as part of the transaction. If you do not agree with these Terms, then please do not provide any Personally Identifiable Information to us. If you refuse or withdraw your consent, or if you choose not to provide us with any required Personally Identifiable Information, we may not be able to provide you with the services that can be offered on our Platform.

1. INFORMATION COVERED BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Some of our Platform’s functionality may be used without revealing any personal information, though for features or services related to the Programs, personal information is required. If you do not use these specific features or services on the Platform, then the only information we collect will be “Non-Personal Information” (i.e., information that cannot be used to identify you). Non-Personal Information includes information such as the web pages that you have viewed.

In order to access certain features and benefits on our Platform, you may need to submit “Personally Identifiable Information” (i.e., information that can be used to identify you). You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Personally Identifiable Information you submit to LNMIIT. These third parties are not permitted to sell or share your Personally Identifiable Information as part of this process. However, LNMIIT is not responsible if third parties violate these terms.

2.4 INFORMATION WE RECEIVE FROM OTHER SOURCES

We may receive information about you if you use other platforms we operate or services we provide. In such cases, we will inform you when the data is collected and that it may be shared internally and combined with data collected on this Platform.

Additionally, we may work with third parties, such as Educational Partners, subcontractors, advertising networks, analytics providers, and search information providers. We may receive information about you from these sources.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information collected from visitors, such as the total number of visitors, types of web browsers (e.g., Google Chrome®), and operating systems (e.g., Windows®), helps us improve our Platform and services.

3. USE OF INFORMATION

3.1 USE OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

Additionally, LNMIIT may share your Personally Identifiable Information with the Educational Partner (e.g., university or company) that developed or offered the Program, as well as instructors, graders, or mentors associated with your Program. This information may be shared during or after the Program.

For example, if you are enrolled in a Program through a university, we may share your Personally Identifiable Information and performance with that university to report your progress. Similarly, if your employer sponsors your Program, we may share your grades, evaluations, or progress with your employer. The privacy policies of the Educational Partners will govern the use of any shared information.

We may also use your Personally Identifiable Information to provide services, conduct quality control, or for future communications. For example, LNMIIT may provide chat room services that allow communication with staff, and we will use your Personally Identifiable Information to facilitate this.

3.2 SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

In certain cases, we may share your Personally Identifiable Information with third parties, such as potential employers or service providers like Facebook, to provide services associated with the Program. These third parties may use your data to create groups or deliver updates related to the Program. Please note that any information shared on third-party platforms is subject to the privacy policies of those platforms, and LNMIIT is not liable for how they manage your data.

We may also share your information with companies that manage digital wallets, payment services, or rewards programs if you opt to participate in such programs. However, LNMIIT is not responsible for the privacy practices of these companies, and we recommend reviewing their privacy policies before sharing your information.

3.3 DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

LNMIIT may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to government authorities in response to legal requests such as court orders or subpoenas. We may also share information to protect our rights, property, or safety, or to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected illegal activities.

If LNMIIT undergoes a sale, merger, or reorganization, your Personally Identifiable Information may be transferred to the new entity.

3.4 USE OF NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

4. PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Any Personally Identifiable Information voluntarily displayed by you on the Platform may be used by third parties for unsolicited purposes. Please note that LNMIIT shall not be liable for such unsolicited use by third parties of your Personally Identifiable Information which has been voluntarily displayed by you.

5. AGGREGATED DATA

“Aggregated Data” refers to records that have been stripped of personally identifiable information and manipulated or combined to provide generalized, anonymous information. Your identity and personal information are not available in Aggregated Data. We may combine your personal information on an anonymous basis with other information to generate Aggregated Data for internal and commercial use, as well as for sharing with affiliates, subsidiaries, and business partners for planning and marketing purposes.

Once you have submitted your email opt-out request, you may assume it has been successfully received and your request is being processed. 6.4 THIRD PARTY LINKS
Our Platform may contain links to other sites. These linked sites are not under the control of LNMIIT. Please be aware that LNMIIT is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. 7. CHILDREN AND MINOR'S PRIVACY

LNMIIT strongly encourages parents and guardians to supervise the online activities of their minor children and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers to help provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools can also prevent minors from disclosing their name, address, and other personally identifiable information online without parental permission. Although the Platform is not intended for use by minors, LNMIIT respects the privacy of minors who may inadvertently use the Platform and shall delete their information upon intimation.
